- How many cases do you handle at one time?
- How many published decisions do you have?
- Have you argued in front of the Indiana Supreme Court?
- Do you have any experience as an insurance defense attorney?
If you hear answers like "I don't try cases because I settle everything out-of-court," then you should think hard about hiring that attorney. Although the general public does not know which personal injury attorneys are strong litigators, defense attorneys, judges and insurance companies do know. And if you hire a weak litigator, the value of your case could drop considerably.
